“Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.”

 ~Steve Jobs

They say it takes a village to raise a child. Well, I say it takes a circle, of give-and -take and right timing, for dreams to manifest.

We don’t do success alone. I am taking my big leap this Monday, December 7th, thanks to the help of many. It is a childhood teaching dream that took 40-plus years to manifest as I shared in a recent blog post, and 20 years of preparation to deliver.

I will be appearing on The Doctors, an Emmy® Award-winning daytime talk show on CBS TV, designed to enlighten viewers with simple ways to attain and maintain good health, and get empowered about their well-being.

Tune in for my TV debut, where I will be sharing tips for transforming your life from a greater sense of worthiness. Enjoy today’s fun behind-the-scenes photos of getting ready.

The show airs at different times and channels across the country. To find out where to view it in your area, click here:

(Hints to my friends across the country: in Boston, the show is on WHDH, at 1 p.m. and in Raleigh/Cary, NC, it airs on WRAL, at 2 p.m.   To my Arizona and Georgia friends, and those in other parts of the country, times vary across the state depending upon the city in which you live.)

BACKGROUND of MY CIRCLE:

I met pieces of my circle who helped me rise to new levels along the way, after doing decades of inner work as well as extensive trainings in coaching, wellness, and neuroscience.

My circle shares these traits: PERSISTENCE, EXCELLENCE, CREATIVITY, INTUITION AND THINKING OUT-OF-BOX.

Meet Marta Tracy:

Marta is one of the original creators of E! Networks and also worked for Sony Pictures Television in daytime talk show syndication. She was my client 17 years ago after her husband died tragically. Her brother had heard me coaching on Boston radio, and told her he believed I was the right coach for her beyond the grief counseling she had already done. When we completed our coaching, Marta wanted to help me grow my brand in media, but I was not ready to “take the leap.”  I was raw from my recent divorce, and had not clarified the message I was called to deliver now on how to claim your worthiness.

Marta later grew as author of Starring You…the insiders’ guide to using media to launch your brand, your business and your life and founded her own company, MARTA TRACY MEDIA, working as a TV and media brand developer and publicist for many clients in health and wellness.

After seeing my new website, CoachGailJones.com, and the homepage video around my worthiness platform this summer, Marta suggested again I was ready for more visibility.

This time I said yes, for I was mission-driven, and knew I needed help articulating my message to a wider audience. She did her research and focused on my uniqueness as “the worthiness coach”—and together we co-created messages directly related to helping people through the pandemic and other major life transitions.

Meet Joe Woolworth:

Joe, who has owned a marketing company and now Podcast Cary, a leading-edge creative firm in Cary, North Carolina, is a jack-of-all-trades. He is able to pull together multiple pieces, from social media and website design to trailers and live interviews for podcasts.

I met Joe a year ago when I was teaching workshops in the same building where his studio is now located. I popped into speak with him one day, initially thinking I may use his services to create an audio version of my book Cancer as a Love Story: Developing the Mindset for Living.

Instead, I sought his help in creating my first guided meditation on claiming your worthiness, which you can now access for free on the What’s New section of the home page of my website.

When I got the call from Marta that The Doctors wanted to include me in an upcoming show, I needed to supply the footage. Joe came to the plate and created a beautiful set from which to shoot.

I share the stories of my connections to my team to show that there is a “right timing” to our dreams and visions coming true. It takes some discernment to put the right people in place, who will support our growth. Delegating and listening to them, letting go of micro-managing after being a solo entrepreneur for decades, and trusting their expertise has been key to elevating.

Come celebrate with us on December 7th by tuning in to The Doctors, wherever it airs in your neck of the woods.

To thriving with support,

Gail

Look out world! Here she comes!:)

    • Gail Kauranen Jones says:

Thanks, Linda–As someone who witnessed some of my dark times to new “growth spurts,” you’ll appreciate that I’m now dancing to one of my favorite songs: “Here comes the sun” by the Beatles:) With love and gratitude for championing my success. Gail

    Gail-
Here is a Bible verse that comes to mind after following your journey over the years.

    Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
    American Standard Version
3 For everything there is a season, and a time for every [a]purpose under heaven: 2 a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; 3 a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; 4 a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; 5 a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; 6 a time to seek, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; 7 a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; 8 a time to love, and a time to hate; a time for war, and a time for peace.

Your time has come! Enjoy the fruits of your labor and revel in the light that you cast from your lantern, sowing brilliance and wisdom upon all those whose paths you happen to connect with!

    • Gail Kauranen Jones says:

Doug: Yes, as someone who witnessed my growth over the past 16 years, you certainly chose the right Bible verse to share. Thank you…and maybe this moment of celebration will help others know that there IS light at the end of a sometimes dark tunnel. Blessings, Gail

  • CONGRATULATIONS, Gail! As you’ve shown, the right people show up at the right time to help us fulfill our divine callings! I look forward to seeing how you continue to SHINE more and more brightly! And, by the way, great hair! 😉
    Much love,
    Lyndra

    • Gail Kauranen Jones says:

Lyndra: Who would ever thought the “right time” would be 20 years later? The past 8 years were especially deeply transformative post cancer, and I believe I had go through a sometimes painful “purification process” in order to serve in bigger ways, as a messenger of love and worthiness. There was so much solitude spending time listening to the divine and honor the calling, and “knowing” I was ready when the right people showed up. Isn’t it cool how my publicist was once a client? It all came back full circle. BTW: Thanks for the compliments on the hair–I will be sure to let Ajido, my stylist, know. With love and gratitude, Gail

    • Gail Kauranen Jones says:

Lyndra: Timing is everything…and waiting is the hard part as I share in next week’s blog post. Appreciate all your support in this career milestone. With love and gratitude, Gail

  • Laurie Gills says:

I am so excited for you, Gail! I am excited for all of us! No doubt your healing energy will influence many on Monday – and for years to come : )

    • Gail Kauranen Jones says:

Laurie: Thank you for those touching sentiments. I appreciate you value my healing energy. I’m getting very excited for tomorrow, as the media promotion has begun by the network, and it’s all starting to feel FUN after all the hard work. May the message reach all those who need and value it. Blessings, Gail

  • Lisa May says:

I’m so excited for you, Gail! I can’t wait to see the replay as we’re off grid tomorrow so I’ll be tuning in from nature! You’re going to shine like the star you’ve always been. The world is ready!!!!

    • Gail Kauranen Jones says:

Enjoy your time off the grid, Lisa. I gave myself that time this week to get grounded before “showtime.” Thanks for your good wishes. The link to the show will be posted on the Press Page of my website, hopefully by Tuesday. And I’m sure my publicist will also be sharing it on social media throughout the week. Blessings, Gail

  • Doug campb says:

PS UPDATE, Gail–WOW! What a fantastic segment you pulled off on the Doctors TV show last week!

By far, head and shoulders above all of the other segments shown on that episode!!

Such a dynamic and energetic performance! Their choice of your photos, with such a vibrancy and richness of colors, filled the screen with your captivating presence!

So great that the producers of The Doctors found your Worthiness message to be so compelling as to have you share it on National TV!

As a client of yours, you have guided me in developing my own vision board.. what a great tool that I’m sure many folks don’t understand the importance and power that it brings to our future self!

Always re-enforcing the message that we are Worthy to succeed in pursuing our dreams!.

And by journaling our victories along the way, as you noted in during the show in one of your tips–no matter how small!, we are constantly re- wiring our brains to expect to succeed in reaching our personal goals!

So glad you came into my life! You have changed my future in untold ways! So much is now within my grasp, that I never thought I was worthy to achieve!

I’m always pushing the goal posts further and further out…. there is no limit to where we can go, once we are given the road map and the keys to succeed!

    • Gail Kauranen Jones says:

Glad you enjoyed the show, Doug…Got a lot of information in during a short timeframe. Excited so many people reached out to tell me they have begun creating their own vision boards. I was so excited by the feedback that I created an online vision board class starting in January via Zoom. Details to follow in next couple of blog posts.

      Blessings, Gail
