Adding more fun to my life: I just recently did a road trip from Arizona to California with family to take my 3 year old grandson to Disneyland! It was soooo wonderful to see his smiles and the camera captured smiles appear on my face, that I had not seen that big, in ages. I even rode on the DUMBO ride! 🙂

For me – adding more fun is allowing myself to be more open to new opportunities that arise, as well as exploring and then planning new things!

Good “food for thought” topic this is.
    Thanks Gail 🙂

Thanks for sharing, Jill: It sounds like the kid in you got to play. I love that thought about “allowing myself to be more open to new opportunities.” Allowing can be so joyful and freeing. Happy rest of summer! Warmly, Gail

Interesting subject and timely for me.
Another friend recently insisted that I take a break from working at my computer and reminded me that I live on the beach and hadn’t gone down to the ocean in over a week…

I am worthy to live on the beach and to reward myself with rest, relaxation, meditation with the sun on my face, feet in the sand (versus my head)and scent and feel of salt-laden breezes.

Thank you for reminding me and others of our WORTHINESS…

    HUGS to you, Gail…..

Ann Marie: I love your beautiful words of claiming your worthiness by rewarding yourself with those precious moments on the beach. You made me feel like I was there with you:) Big hugs back, Gail
