Pausing into a new life

Buddha photo for pause blog“Your calm mind is the ultimate weapon against your challenges. So relax.”

—Bryant McGill.

Rebranding a business is more than a marketing effort. For me, it has been an intense soul search of wading through the discomfort of the unknown to get clear in the same manner as I guide clients.

In the process, I’ve delved deep into some new approaches for helping you increase your happiness. In doing so, I have acquired a gold mine of inner wealth by intentionally pausing to integrate new ways of coaching you.

You may be going through your own pause. Perhaps you are in the gap between jobs, relationships, a health challenge or even a lifestyle change such as becoming an empty nester, approaching retirement or moving cross-country as I did. You can use this time of the unknown to purposefully change your mindset as you claim or integrate your new identity.

As I gear up to announce my new website in the months ahead, I want to share with you a powerful tool I have used in my latest transformations.

Called Holosync®, this brain wave technology is one of the leading-edge tools in the exploding field of neuroscience, from which I base much of my belief change and transition expertise in coaching you. Some see it as “medicine for stress” or great relief for that “fight or flight” mode that gets triggered when we are scared.

I first inquired about using Holosync following my health scare of nearly four years ago. I was looking for ways to stay calm and overcome living in fear of recurrence, which affects up to 94 percent of cancer survivors.

Daily, I have come across many others who have used this brain wave technology with great results as part of their transition or healing processes.

Leading thought leaders like Jack Canfield, Bob Proctor, Louise Hay, Brian Tracy, Harv Eker, Brendan Bouchard and Ken Wilbur have endorsed the product along with renowned doctors such as Daniel Amen and Mark Hyman.

In fact, it’s been so helpful in calming my mind and gaining greater clarity on my business and life that I have decided to become an affiliate, the first time I have ever offered another’s product through my business.

You can check it out for yourself, and if interested, order it directly from me here (please be patient as the shopping cart is at the end of the affiliation’s long link).

Feel free to call me at 978-325-1911 to learn more about my experience using Holosync.

I am so excited to share more new ways in the weeks and months ahead for empowering yourself through change.

Envisioning 2016 as the best yet,

    Hi Gail 🙂

How very much I relate to your post today! I am venturing into a new private practice and doing all the start-up details that seem to multiply each day! Yet, I am immensely excited and feel better than I have in years. I am looking forward to your workshop!

Here is a quote of encouragement for all: “Belief in oneself is one of the most important bricks in building any successful venture.” – Lydia M. Child

Hi Gail, I am so glad you are sharing about Holosync. I have been using it for about 2 years+ It is one of the most amazing centering tools I use consistently. After using it, I feel as though the clutter, any sadness and heaviness “the cobwebs” are swept from my brain and I am energized, clear headed and renewed in the moment.
Appreciate your incisive coaching and passion….and looking forward to learning more from you at the 1/8 workshop! Sharon

Sharon: Thrilled to hear that you are still benefitting two-plus years later from Holosync. I wish I found it before I got my health scare, as it may have eliminated or reduced some of the stressors that I believe contributed to my illness. It’s so exciting to be able to share the latest in neuroscience (having now used it). Looking forward to seeing you on the 8th at my first AZ workshop (wish I could fly my Boston friends here, too:)! It will be a great evening. Gail

Thanks, Andrea: As a coach and teacher, I love to share…so exciting to bring a new resource to my clients. I’ve always believed a good coach helps clients continue empowering themselves long after the professional relationship ends. I look forward to sharing other tools in the upcoming year that add to that goal of mine. Talk soon, Gail
